WebMail

Your Market Cross Webmail username is just your account name (e.g. fredbloggs, instead of fredbloggs@marketcross.org). Password is as emailed to you by your administrator.

For other domains you must enter the full email address as your username (e.g. fredbloggs@riteadvice.com) (plus password).

Email Programs

Good email programs such as Thunderbird and Outlook can usually work out your email account settings automatically - just type in your email address during the email account setup routine.

Manual Settings

If your email program can’t detect the settings automatically select the Manual Setup routine on your program and enter the information for each category listed below as prompted:

RECEIVE MAIL:

Server Address: mail.marketcross.org

Server Type: IMAP

Port Number: 143

Security: STARTTLS

SEND MAIL:

Server Address: mail.marketcross.org

Server Type: SMTP

Port Number: 587

Security: STARTTLS
